1.Ring compression: Ring compression shall be done when the marked face of the jaw of the ring compressing tolls and the end surface of the tubes are perfectly aligned. 2.Pipe cutting: Cut pipes in the length needed with pipe cutters (pipe cutter, special cutters, sand wheel cutters, abrasive wheel cutting machines). The cutting section shall be perpendicular to the center line of the pipes; the burrs shall be removed.
3.Trimming: to ensure the pipes are round, easy to receive other tubes, and avoid damaging the gaskets in inserting tubes, the pipes, after being cut, shall have to be trimmed and shaped.
4.Assembly: put the gasket onto the pipes (avoid damaging the gasket), insert the tubing into the tubes until the bottom, and install the gaskets between the tubing and the tube.
